Mission

The Union of Railway Constructors has been founded in September 2007 at the initiative and under the auspices of Russian Railways. The main activity of the Union of Railway Constructors, as a non-commercial organization, is aimed at consolidating efforts of the construction market members for the benefit of the industry advancement. The Union’s objectives lies in ensuring favorable conditions of market activity for the Union’s members, protection of their legal rights, and representing their interests in public authorities, judicial authorities, in both Russian and foreign organizations and companies, and in any other political and economical societies and unions.

Russian Railway Constructors Union is interested in finding partners for the innovative development of the industry. We are looking for new technologies suitable for the efficient high-speed railways construction. We are ready to offer assistance in finding a Russian partners for adaptation and localization of your technologies and materials for the Russian market.
