The Expert council on technical policy in the field of design, construction and operation of high-speed railways in the Russian Federation
The Expert council on technical policy in the field of design, construction and operation of high-speed railways in the Russian Federation was founded on November 18, 2015 at the initiative of the Russian Transport Academy, the Association of higher educational institutions of transport and the Union of Railway Constructors.
The main objective of Сouncil:
Scientific and technical, expert and methodical support of construction projects and operation of the infrastructure and a rolling stock of high-speed railway transport on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Vice-chairman of Сouncil, head of the working group "Construction" is the president of SSZD Gennady Talashkin.
